Audio route setup

Complete these steps in order. Your game must be restarted after changing its output endpoint.
Support center
Fix the route faster.
Use the guided checks first, then attach a local diagnostic report when contacting support.
No game audio
Confirm the game output and Tenhjo input are the same endpoint, then restart the game.
Audio sounds doubled
Move the processed output to your real headset and disable other enhancement layers such as Sonar.
Route changed
Reconnect the device, refresh both device lists, and run Best Route again.
License issue
Select the active key in License Management and check its remaining access.
